This range is available with either open or closed bases. Open bases allow the fixing screw to pass through the plane of the base plate, whereas closed bases prohibit the ingress of substrate material into the thread. These pages show the most popular sizes but, subject to minimum order quantities, we can supply most combinations of Nut and any one of the other sizes of Base Plate as shown on the Bonding Fasteners Introduction page. Typical applications include plastic products, fibreboard products, rubber products and insulation materials.
A = Thread.
Material - Mild Steel.
