Security Labels and Security Packaging Tape help to protect a range of assets
There has always been a problem with pilfering and loss during shipping. Security Labels (sometimes called Asset Labels or Void Labels) and Security Packaging Tape can act as a deterrent and show evidence of tampering. Police and security need to seal off areas that have been searched to protect the integrity of evidence. They use Security Labels and Security Packaging Tape for this. Covert Tape can be used to reveal tampering.
For ease of use most Security Tape and Security Labels come on rolls. They are usually made of polypropylene but some are made from Polyester Foil, sometimes called Destructible Film. This has high tensile strength but when broken it shatters or flakes into fragments that are very difficult to remove.
