Accuride heavy-duty slides are a cost-effective and safe option for use within the industrial, electromechanical, woodworking, architectural, automotive and marine industries and is capable of smoothly handling loads of more than 100kg.
Within this range DA4120, DA4140, DA4160, DA4162 and DS5322 drawer slides are made from durable corrosion-resistant materials that include high-grade stainless steel and light-weight aluminium. Smooth operation of the slide is aided using high-quality ball bearings which add exceptional reliability and long life, cutting the cost of replacements. The hardwearing materials used and excellent build quality result in a slide system which can safely hold a load that weighs up to 600kg.
A wide range of slide lengths and load capacities are available with 75%, 100% and 100%+ slide extensions. Other features include hold-in, lock-out, front lever disconnect and soft-closing. The 0522 drawer slide is designed with shock blocks for protection against shock and vibration. 9301E and 9308E drawer slides can work with drawer widths up to 1.5m and are ideal for applications in commercial transport, service vehicles, general storage and cash machines.
