Accuride Stainless Steel Drawer Slides

Stainless Steel Drawer Slides

These Accuride drawer slides are manufactured from high grade stainless steel. Therefore they are ideal for use in various applications including military, marine, electronic enclosures, food processing plants and medical. Stainless steel slides are corrosion resistant and particularly suitable for use in harsh environments as they are resistant to chemical chloride solutions. They provide antibacterial properties along with excellent strength at elevated temperatures and can satisfy the demands required in food and medical applications, DS3031 is able to withstand temperatures up to 300°C.

The DS5322 drawer slides are supplied as a kit which includes brackets and circlips. These slides can safely hold a load that weighs up to 120kg and with a hold-in feature ensures slides stay closed until extra force is applied. With the DS3557, DS5322 and 0305 drawer slides, over-travel is achieved through a 100%+ extension. This allows the drawers to open in excess of the slide length. For the safety of employees and equipment, these slides are designed with a lock-out and hold-in feature ensuring the slides do not roll back whilst in the open position.

If space is a crucial aspect in the design of your application, the DS2728 and DS2028 drawer slides are manufactured with a slide thickness of 9.5mm giving you as much flexibility as possible. The latest addition to our range is the DS3557 drawer slide which is manufactured from stainless steel grade 316. This slide is negligibly responsive to magnetic fields so is ideal for use in applications where a non-magnetic metal is required, as a result DS3557 is a highly desirable product to use within electronic enclosure applications.

Our trained service team offer full technical support and will gladly advise you on the recommended drawer slide for your application.
