This range of PlasticU-Nuts, also known as Spire Nuts or Chminey Nuts slide easily onto the panel edge to join two or more sheets of material together. These Plastic U-Nuts are designed to be used with a standard ISO metric thread and are installed into a pre-drilled hole. Highly effective Plastic U-Nuts are lightweight yet provide a strong hold on the thread and are available to suit a range of panel thicknesses.
Plastic U-Nuts are manufactured from nylon, they do not scratch or damage the panel and once installed and tightened resist shock and vibration.
Typical applications for Plastic U-Nuts include motor vehicles, motor cycles, domestic appliances, heavy-duty electrical installations, electrical equipment and machinery.
