Emma Stevenson promoted to Head of Account Management

Emma has been a key part of the way JET PRESS delivers customer satisfaction for several years now. Recognising her important contribution to the company, MD Mark Niblett brought her into the Management Team in October 2020.  From the start of 2021 Emma has been further promoted to Head of Account Management. The Inside Sales Team along with the Customer Service Team will both report to Emma.

Emma started with JET PRESS in May 2005 in Internal Sales. During these 3 years she learned a lot about the business and was promoted to Customer Service Manager in May 2008. Emma says of her work at JET PRESS “During my 15 years at JET PRESS I have developed an in-depth understanding of the business, our products, customer base and the industries we operate in.

My core responsibility is to lead and motivate the Customer Service department. This ensures that, as a company, we are providing the best possible service to our customers. At JET PRESS we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and services we provide. I’m extremely proud to lead such a great team.

I love my job as no two days are the same, every day I am presented with new situations and challenges which keeps things varied and interesting. I enjoy all aspects of my role and it allows me to build relationships with people internally and externally which I greatly enjoy. I’m always at my happiest when I’m talking to customers!”

Emma works with all the departments within JET PRESS to ensure that customers transactions run as smoothly as possible. She also provides support and mentoring to the Customer Service team. Emma has a CIM Certificate and Diploma in Marketing along with NVQ’s and other qualifications in Customer Service and Management skills.

When she’s not at work Emma enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the gym, going on adventures with her little boy Lennon, taking holidays in the sunshine and listening to the sounds of a great music playlist.
